Organization Structure
General Membership
All Navigator Coalition Member organizations designate a primary person to represent their agency within the Coalition. General members identify and prioritize issues facing navigators and consumers. Each year, members establish a list of priorities to focus the Coalition’s activities for the coming year.
Steering Committee
A Steering Committee is elected annually by general members to lead the Coalition and advance the priority agenda. Steering Committee members meet monthly to oversee and guide the activities of the Coalition. Steering Committee meetings are open to all member organizations.
Subcommittees
Subcommittees focus on specific priorities and report to the Steering Committee. All Steering Committee members make a commitment to participate in one or more of the Subcommittees. General member organizations are also encouraged to participate in a subcommittee. Standing subcommittees are:

Coalition Director

Coalition Director, Demitrea Kelley, provides leadership and direct support to the Coalition. She collaborates with the steering committee to develop and accomplish Coalition goals, represents the Coalition to external partners, and manages day-to-day operations. Coalition Coordinator
The Coordinator provides administrative support for the Coalition and is a point of contact for all members. The Coordinator can be reached by email at communication@navigatorcoalition.org.
